This kit is suitable for the in vitro qualitative detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Gonococcus, Mycoplasma antigens in female cervical secretions and male urethral swabs.

The kit uses a latex immunochromatographic technique to coat the nitrocellulose membrane with Chlamydia trachomatis/Gonococcus/Mycoplasma antibodies in the detection line (T), biotin-BSA in the quality control line (C) and red latex microspheres labelled with Chlamydia trachomatis/Gonococcal/Mycoplasma specific antibodies and blue latex microspheres labelled with streptavidin on a latex binding pad.
