This kit is suitable for the in vitro qualitative detection of Candida,Trichomonas vaginalis,Gardnerella vaginalis antigens in female vaginal swab samples.

The kit uses a latex immunochromatographic technique in which a nitrocellulose membrane is coated with Candida/Trichomonas vaginalis/Gardnerella vaginalis antibody in the detection line (T), biotin-BSA in the quality control line (C) and a red latex microsphere labelled Candida antibody/Trichomonas vaginalis antibody/Gardnerella vaginalis antibody and a blue latex microsphere labelled streptavidin on a latex binding pad.
