Expected use
This kit is mainly used for qualitative detection of thyroglobulin antibody in human serum in vitro.

Thyroglobulin antibody (TG antibody) is an autoantibody. In some thyroid diseases, TG spilled into the blood because thyroid pathological damage and induced to produce the corresponding autoantibodies. Determination of content of TG antibody in serum has great significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis, hashimoto's thyroiditis, idiopathic hypothyroidism and other autoimmune thyroid diseases.
Detection principle
Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used in this kit. The microplate is coated with TG to make solid phase antigen; negative control, positive control and sample to be tested are added successively to wells coated with antigen to form antigen-antibody complex; then enzyme labeled secondary antibody is added to form complex of antigen - antibody - enzyme labeled secondary antibody. The unbound HRP-secondary antibody is removed after the immune reaction, the value of luminescence (RLU value) was measured with a photon counter after adding the luminescent substrate. The instrument software will automatically calculate the TG antibody content of the sample.
